本身好鍾意食牛脷,响網上見到有啲牛脷group,介紹野郞stone有原條牛脷自己燒,諗都唔諗就即刻去幫襯近近地去咗北角薈樓下一田入邊間野郎蒸,同樣有石燒,咁就即刻order牛脷心同另外一份牛小排其實店員係會將牛脷切片,連同牛小排再响鐵板上輕輕煎過,然後就再用石燒上枱,到時就可以自己控制生熟程度牛脷果然成條都係牛脷心,就算去到邊嘅位置都唔會好韌,但係就唔可以煎到太熟,我諗八成熟,入邊仲係粉紅色就啱啱好,有咬口食落有油香,送白飯一流另外嘅牛小排就切片之後再輕輕煎下個心,都唔可以煎到太熟,要將未食嘅放响旁邊,如果唔係就過熟。而牛小排嘅份量就冇牛舌心咁慷慨啦,但都夠送飯。而且個套餐仲有沙律同汽水夠飽肚唔錯。我諗下次再幫襯,我哋兩個都會叫哂牛舌心,因為真係好鍾意食牛脷😍😋

牛脷果然成條都係牛脷心,就算去到邊嘅位置都唔會好韌,但係就唔可以煎到太熟,我諗八成熟,入邊仲係粉紅色就啱啱好,有咬口食落有油香,送白飯一流
另外嘅牛小排就切片之後再輕輕煎下個心,都唔可以煎到太熟,要將未食嘅放响旁邊,如果唔係就過熟。而牛小排嘅份量就冇牛舌心咁慷慨啦,但都夠送飯。而且個套餐仲有沙律同汽水夠飽肚唔錯。
