本陣燒肉 主打日本產自家農場黑毛和牛YAKINIKU,之前試過佢地既Omakase已經覺得好正,點知佢地既單點品項都一樣無令人失望,佢地最近研發左多款新菜式,當中亮點包括有蟹肉盛味噌甲羅燒 (HKD89),蟹蓋內放滿蟹肉絲同蟹膏,每吃一口都散發著濃郁鮮甜蟹香和鹹香,好滋味。黑毛和牛4品 (HKD189) 同黑毛和牛牛柳 (HKD189) 既雪花分佈均勻,油脂豐富肉質非常軟嫩鬆化,真係每一啖都係幸福。另外黑毛和牛炙燒他他 (HKD139) 都係必點單品,輕輕炙燒和牛後,按個人喜好加入蘿蔔蓉、日本蛋與蔥花等調味料來加添味道和層次,感覺清新又開胃。這道極上炙燒帆立貝伴魚籽 (HKD119) 既帆立貝真係超大粒,肉質飽滿鮮甜,用紫菜包住燒至焦香的帆立貝後,再加入魚籽一起吃,口感豐富又帶有鮮味。 最後要推薦既係盛岡冷麵 (HKD49) ,盛岡麵條呈半透明,非常滑口之餘又有嚼勁,配料除左有泡菜同雞蛋外,仲加入西瓜,湯汁清新帶微微泡菜的酸辣味,夏天吃真是一絕。紫菜沙律 (HKD59)牛舌 (HKD89)一本大蝦 (HKD49)迷你魚籽蟹肉飯 (HKD59)咖啡啫喱 (HKD39)
