約咗朋友兩公婆食飯,佢地強烈推介呢間榮哥私房菜,話食過幾次都好味,所以一行四人就決定去飯聚,早幾日就已經訂好餸菜添!雖然坐落工廈,但地點超方便,步出地鐵車廂到飯店唔使5分鐘就到!職員好有禮貌,而且好有耐心咁介紹每道菜式,值得加分!“自家甜酸齋”同“百合木耳”,兩款小食都係秒清再嚟前菜“沙律菜伴芝麻醬”清新醒胃,“雙色墨魚仔”一隻辣一隻唔辣,“茶燻流心蛋伴黑魚子醬配厚切茄子”一食就知係有心機製作,好特別,想encore!“原盅燉哈密瓜螺頭黑毛豚肉湯”和“原盅燉川貝陳皮海底椰鱷魚肉”,每樣兩盅即係每人一盅,又可以交換試吓,一飲就知真材實料,唔係一般例水可比!“油浸時令鮮魚”,今晚係馬友,第一次食油浸馬友,原來又幾好食喎,但喺外面好似唔多見咁煮馬友法!“蝦球水芙蓉”,老友話呢個係招牌菜之一,下面蒸蛋白上面係甘筍汁,滑捋捋得嚟又好味,蝦球非常爽口彈牙,正!“士多啤梨黑豚肉排骨”最花心思係排骨下面有好似米通嘅卜卜脆,一啖食落去口感層次豐富!“招牌茶王燻雞 ”寫明招牌又點會令人失望吖,表皮好似炸子雞兼有茶燻味,雞肉嫩滑冇雪味,100分!“米王有機時令鮮蔬”今晚食菠菜,淡淡米香加蔬菜青味,有種去除油

最後到咗甜品時間,第二個胃今晚食“薑汁芝麻湯圓”薑味夠而不辣,芝麻蓉唔太甜好自然,我仲要食埋太座一粒先夠喉!
總結嚟講,係一間非常抵食嘅私房菜,我地都話一定會再返轉頭,唔怪之都幾旺場,多謝老友介紹!
