朋友喜歡食蟹,第一時間諗到這間。裝修依舊別𡟹,很有蟹宴之氣氛。這次我們選了兩人套餐。松葉蟹肉三文魚子沙律- 酸酸地嘅帶子裙邊及入味爽口的牛蒡漬,很是開胃。季節刺身四點2人份- 拖羅,深海池魚,帆立貝及鮮蝦,鮮嫩口感,正!蟹肉鍋巴配紅酒鵝肝- 這味菜式很特別,大量的蟹肉搭脆口鍋巴。鵝肝細膩滑嫩,香氣濃郁。黑魚子海膽蟹肉蒸蛋- 蒸蛋滑順,海膽味道強烈。日本時令活蟹- 毛蟹蒸熟咗再拆肉,整道菜是大量蟹肉混合了柚子啫喱,味道很夾。鹿兒島A5和牛- 和牛厚薄適中,燒的火候正好,配有蒜油、芥末籽等醬料,與蒜片一起吃,又脆又嫩。浜燒雪場蟹腳配和風辣汁松葉蟹雜炊- 材料十足,淡淡都是蟹肉,材料有松茸菇,小元貝,鯛魚片等等,很豐富呢。汁物甜品
