孜然,燒烤食品嘅佐料,口感風味獨特,氣味芳香濃烈,能解除肉類嘅油膩。此外,於中醫角度,孜然適用於消化不良同胃寒、腹痛等症狀。川燒,一個中國風的名字,雖然唔知同四川有冇關係,但就大量用上孜然呢種大漠風情嘅佐料。串燒小店環境比較狹窄,似帶有中國風嘅居酒屋。西班牙橡果黑毛豬,日本黑豚露筍卷,川燒薄餅同BB豬肋骨都用上孜然做調味,口味獨特芳香,好似食緊新疆羊肉咁,味道好特別。川燒薄餅雖然只有薄薄嘅餅皮,但孜然配上洋蔥芝麻口味獨特。BB豬肋骨通常用上西式煮法,但配上孜然有另一種食法。黃金燒大虎蝦用上鹹蛋黃釀入虎蝦背,肉質爽口非常冶味。燒鮮白鱔肉厚油足,配上薄薄脆口嘅鱔皮,冇得輸。黑松露燒腐皮溫泉玉子,甜甜嘅腐皮配上微鹹嘅黑松露同溫泉蛋,口味複雜以及可中和燒烤嘅熱氣。法式燒綿花糖朱古力厚多士,中間夾上香蕉,綿花糖朱古力香蕉嘅甜味配上厚多士嘅鹹脆味,口味複雜特別。
