位於銅鑼灣新開的大澳水上人家菜的餐廳,餐廳十分大,有兩層,樓上雅座,座位寬敞。餐廳供應大澳名物,海鮮,如包括魚、龍躉、蜆、扇貝、鮑魚、生蠔、花甲、海蝦、蟶子等等,種類繁多。小食類:陳醋海葡萄很特別的前菜小食,較為少見,海葡萄爽口,味道帶有海水的鹹,蘸點醋吃相對容易入口。廚師推介:麻辣川椒大鱔煲調味有大量的麻辣花椒及辣椒;麻度比辣度高,嘴巴都在躍動。一打開煲蓋,那股濃烈的麻辣椒香撲鼻而來,強烈刺激至有點嗆鼻。川香剁椒,惹味非常。鱔先在油鑊炸過一趟,鱔肉外層帶點爽爽脆脆,肉質卻彈牙。廚師推介:大澳三寶銀絲泡菜苗粉絲雞湯伴嫩菜。湯很濃香,而且加了大澳名物之曬乾了的魷魚乾及蝦乾,加添鮮味。菜及粉絲都都吸收了湯汁。炒粉麵飯類:德發招牌炒飯金黃色的炒飯,加了鹹蛋黃炒。飯粒分明,乾身。材料有翠玉瓜、蝦仁、蛋絲、肉粒,上面撒了炸過的乾脆白飯魚及蝦乾,口感層次十分豐富。
