To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次嚟到位於大澳文物酒店嘅西餐廳✨餐廳環境幾寫意,空間感大,係度食飯好舒服☺️今次嗌咗Carbonara,炒得都幾香,不過忌廉汁較杰,所以食咗三分一就開始膩,除咗煙肉之外,亦有蘑菇同蝦仁作為配料。另外嗌咗蝦多士配大澳蝦醬蛋黃醬🍤蝦多士炸得香口,入面嘅蝦肉亦飽滿彈牙,不過蛋黃醬唔係好食得出蝦醬嘅味道,略為失色🥲去親大澳都會飲紫貝天葵,呢度亦有紅樹林特飲,係由紫貝天葵,蘋果汁同檸檬汁調製而成,飲落酸酸甜甜,十分開胃😆

另外嗌咗蝦多士配大澳蝦醬蛋黃醬🍤蝦多士炸得香口,入面嘅蝦肉亦飽滿彈牙,不過蛋黃醬唔係好食得出蝦醬嘅味道,略為失色🥲
