吉慶街的店舖十點半仍未營業,故轉戰街市街和永安街「掃街」,第一站先去華鎽店。大澳沙爆魚肚$40可選沙嗲醬或蝦醬,我們要了前者,味道卻不太像沙嗲,既不香辣也不太濃味。魚肚含豐富膠原蛋白,本身沒甚麽味道,因此一般要用上湯熬煮或淋上濃味醬汁同吃。魚肚預先用沙爆過,成一鬆脆的白色大塊,剪成細塊上枱,再混入濃稠醬汁同吃,軟腍夠味,惜小妹不太欣賞也,且頗貴。特大魚蛋$12/2粒,咬下去質感爽彈,遠比長洲魚蛋為佳!當然,所謂魚蛋,乃粉漿和調味料的混合物也。菠蘿冰$8乃把新鮮菠蘿切成塊狀後,急凍而成冰菠蘿,冰凍帶菠蘿香氣,沒有浸過糖水,故不太甜,夏日消暑恩物也!

特大魚蛋$12/2粒,咬下去質感爽彈,遠比長洲魚蛋為佳!當然,所謂魚蛋,乃粉漿和調味料的混合物也。
