To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

到大澳遊玩，少不了一吃一翻，但說是大吃的罷，其實來大澳可以休閒且慢慢欣賞美麗海景，吃有特色的食品。來大澳由舊警署改建的酒店內餐廳便可以享受到。這餐廳在玻璃屋內，看海景特別舒服。食物有提供由大澳特產的海味而制作，美味獨有，不能错過。這肉餅飯的肉餅，將大澳的海鮮乾混入，提升了肉味更豐富了整个菜的味道，香煎將濃郁味加深，實在不能不吃。沒有点此菜的是可惜了！餐廳的漢堡餐當然不錯，但漢堡肉味不及香煎海味肉餅呢！況且漢堡肉汁亦不足。邊看美景邊吃着，是很值啊！
