To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食完糯米糍之後喺附近行咗一陣就行去大澳酒店參觀，酒店前身為大澳警署，翻身完之後靚左好多。影影下相開始落大雨，見酒店有餐廳所以就入去嘆個下午茶同避下雨。餐廳裝修好靚，如果唔落雨天花板打開遮光簾彩光度十足，仲可以望住海景 Chill 吓，而且用上木製傢俱，打造出悠閒寫意嘅用餐氛圍。餐牌價錢豐儉由人，如果以遊客區嚟講都算合理，因為喺市集閒閒哋食串串燒都要二十幾蚊。大澳蝦醬豬扒包配薯條 ($118) : 豬扒散發出微微嘅蝦醬味，鹹香味十足，而且都幾有誠意有兩塊豬扒，薯條點蝦醬亦幾有特色。炸魚薯條伴大澳蝦醬他他汁 ($138) : 炸魚外脆內嫩啖啖肉，蝦醬他他汁味道唔太濃烈，所以唔會蓋過魚肉嘅鮮味。
