小雞想吃西蘭花爆炒帶子龍躉球,奈何,是日全店停售龍躉菜式。她,只能退而求其次,要了大澳雪菜煎黃花魚$108。雪菜質地脆嫩,鹹鮮可口,用來蒸黃花魚就最好不過了。

黃花魚肉嫩味鮮,沾上雪菜與豉油同吃,更添一種特殊的鮮香味。魚身中間部份啖啖肉,邊位帶有少骨。小妹只嚐了少許,整條魚,幾乎由小雞吃肉拆骨拔刺了﹗
