To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 滙豐銀行近年時有天仁茗茶買1送1優惠，適逢本星期日有，在大埔中心買完日用品後就買返杯飲下。喜歡台式即調飲品，除了因為非常喜歡珍珠、芋圓、仙草等能加到飲品的配料，還因為可以選擇甜度及冰量。因為買1送1優惠，所以買的人不少!目測要排近30人。天仁是排隊點茶付款慢(排了30分鐘以上)，但出飲品快的 (10分鐘內)，如果可以倒轉，先買再等飲品，相信人龍不用這麼長，大家也不用企足半小時。天氣實在是熱，所以就揀了清熱解渴的洛神花冰茶加珍珠，少冰半甜。飲品很凍，但冰量很少，很合心意。基本是沒酸味的，雖然是半甜，但仍頗甜，可能選微甜會更合口味。比起珍珠奶茶，洛神冰茶較清新，但亦較甜。
