To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

人生若只如初見作為吉列牛控想試呢間餐廳好耐餐廳一直都大排長龍而且係免加一架‼️🔸初見香草吉列牛 $128呢款係大熱必點！吉列牛外層鋪滿香草😆最貼心嘅係石板上檯時已經加熱左，塊牛放上去就好快熟啦😍燒緊嘅時候發出滋滋聲，油脂爆開，肉質鮮嫩無比！🔸照燒豬軟骨·豚骨湯拉麵 $68拉麵湯底非常香，豚骨湯味道比較濃，但又唔會太咸。豬軟骨燒得香之餘又唔會好韌，肥瘦好平均，口感十分好。豬軟骨份量亦都多，一碗都有4-5舊。配菜有荀、紫菜同糖心蛋，成碗麵嘅質素比普通拉麵鋪有過之而無不及👍
