又係A1度搵新野試,今次試呢個【焦香軟心芝士蛋糕】,即係Basque brunt cheesecake。原來basque cake係西班牙起源既,蛋糕本身細細件咁,但都幾重身;望落有小小焦糖面。第一啖就食到軟滑的忌廉芝士,其實成個蛋糕根本就係食cream cheese面粉得小小。我仲食到有小小檸檬味,但好輕微。蛋糕中間部份會比外層軟滑,整體幾好食,但兩個食好啲,因為食晒成個都幾漏
