To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 呢間美心皇宮屹立沙田好多年,因為對住河景感覺都係比較高檔,今日偶然發現佢竟然有晚市火鍋任食,咁就一定要試下啦。佢嘅價錢係星期一至四晚每位$158,分兩個時段,六點或者八點開始,任食100分鐘。如果星期六日或者公眾假期價錢就係$178。另外茶錢及醬料每人$10,再有加一。一坐低每人首先會送兩隻蠔,只有一次唔可以再嗌。任食嘅食物種類都好多,我哋樣樣都有嗌啲,除咗牛肉之外一般質素都唔錯,印象比較深嘅包括有佢哋嘅鯪魚滑、蝦滑同花枝滑,用料足唔會只係一團粉。另外佢啲海鮮都唔錯,有蝦有蜆有花膠仔,最有驚喜係佢嘅白鱔柳,好少任食火鍋嘅白鱔有咁厚身同新鮮,好食到唔記得影相!不過佢上菜嘅方式係集齊你嗌張單嘅所有食物一次過送嚟,我第一轉可能嗌咗比較多食物,結果要差唔多30分鐘先上第一轉食物,結果唔係好夠時間食,有啲可惜。如果再去就可能第一次嗌少啲,之後再加,可能會好啲。整體而言,呢個任食火鍋係抵食嘅。雖然佢哋可能新做任食火鍋有啲甩漏,不過職員服務都算好好。另外佢哋可能有酒席未必晚晚會有任食火鍋,所以都係打電話訂位最穩陣。
