To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大發變身了,同我之前食既一次好唔同,變得華麗多,啡啡傢具 睇落都幾有氣派. 但一樣咁多人,3點幾到爆到7彩,等左10分鐘左右終於有位, 全電視機位附近, 但冇聲私電視 2個人唔食得多野 只係叫左雞脾沙拉, 薯條同豬扒包, 當然叫了愛飲的紅豆冰. 可能真係太多人. 上齊食物上台時已經係20分鐘後既事,但好彩雞脾都係新鮮熱辣,沙律既清同佢形成對比 唔錯,豬扒包當然一流,包脆 豬扒又唔dry. 食物依舊出色, 但可能太忙,見到錯單比率都幾高...有待改善!
