To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

12月30日,放了自己半天假,環顧機場內,只有富豪及萬豪兩酒店可供同事們悠閒地坐上半天,由於十一月曾到富豪吃飯,所以這天便到萬豪吃lunch buffet進入cafe廳,人客不多,環境寧靜,waiter and waitress殷勤的招呼,令我對這餐廳的服務水準加分不少我先來吃海鮮,三文魚及吞拿魚刺身,夠新鮮,厚身,肉質肥美○蝦的味道不過不失,蜆略嫌肉少沙律有很多配料可供選擇,我還配上芝士粉,使沙律的味道更香濃冷麵最好味的地方並不是麵的本身味道,而是湯汁,味道和我在日本吃的一樣,很地道lunch buffet沒有蟹腳及蠔,但多了蝦餃燒賣,味道不錯,但唯一敗筆是蝦餃皮過厚Dessert最好味的是雪榚,有豆腐,咖啡,綠茶味供選擇.環可配上不同醬汁(藍梅及朱古力等)機場員工有65折

我先來吃海鮮,三文魚及吞拿魚刺身,夠新鮮,厚身,肉質肥美○蝦的味道不過不失,蜆略嫌肉少

沙律有很多配料可供選擇,我還配上芝士粉,使沙律的味道更香濃

冷麵最好味的地方並不是麵的本身味道,而是湯汁,味道和我在日本吃的一樣,很地道

lunch buffet沒有蟹腳及蠔,但多了蝦餃燒賣,味道不錯,但唯一敗筆是蝦餃皮過厚

Dessert最好味的是雪榚,有豆腐,咖啡,綠茶味供選擇.環可配上不同醬汁(藍梅及朱古力等)
