To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次嚟到一間比較難揾既留上舖, 要爬一層樓梯先上到去....一間起初並無什麼期望, 價錢唔貴既CAFE, 令我有點喜出望外So far 點左几款食物都好食應該佢地本身整體食物既質素, 都有返两度! 樓底比較高, 完全無壓頂感覺加上佢係無隔膜開放式廚房, 一邊等待食物, 一邊親眼目睹廚師烹調確實有別於一般餐廳感觀體驗。主菜轉為套餐, 當中包含既餐湯, 值得一讚嗰晚出品係牛肝菌忌廉湯, 真正有菇混入其中, 味道當然好啦!!羊架唔提主菜先, 我地order配薯菜(以為一堆薯蓉或者炸薯條就算!)但佢係有薯餅一塊之餘, 羊架底下有一堆蔬菜, 包括長邊豆, 茄子, 沙律菜...呢種薯菜既出法, 外國西餐廳會比較常見而主菜方面, 食到羊有醃過, 所以煎起嚟可以帶出羊本身獨有味道, 未食之前已經好香, 坐於遠處都聞得到切開仍有少量肉汁留出黑松露意粉有適中汁量伴隨, 夾起一縷意粉, 香味四散意粉質地彈牙, 不錯!!!其實我地二人晚餐已經full了, 但見前面兩道菜都不錯所以決定再試一試佢既牛扒, 我特意走掉飯意粉薯菜, 怕食唔哂浪費吧....order 五至六成熟, 外層剛熟內裏粉紅, 肉汁
