To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

魚肉口感正常，，有加咸味和少陳皮，不錯翅好水水的，有瘦肉絲，沒味道； 一分錢一分貨，兩溝（翅+魚肉）$28蚊外賣不貴，但真的好細碗（比外賣裝飯還細，，同吉野家外賣牛肉汁碗一樣size)$28是大碗價錢 ，還有細碗 賣$25 ??究竟可以有什麼細的碗！？ 好奇仲有碗可以再細？食完知道為什麼碗細，因為翅和飲水沒分別，魚肉正常不特別⋯ （都幾碎下其實⋯）可能餃子好食d? 或者叫剩魚肉就好 過過口感⋯就算其實不如行過隔離cafe街 ，食cake 開心d
