To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

魚肉口感正常，，有加咸味和少陳皮，不錯翅好水水的，有瘦肉絲，沒味道； 一分錢一分貨，兩溝（翅+魚肉）$28蚊外賣不貴，但真的好細碗（比外賣裝飯還細，，同吉野家外賣牛肉汁碗一樣size)$28是大碗價錢 ，還有細碗 賣$25 ??究竟可以有什麼細的碗！？ 好奇仲有碗可以再細？食完知道為什麼碗細，因為翅和飲水沒分別，魚肉正常不特別⋯ （都幾碎下其實⋯）可能餃子好食d? 或者叫剩魚肉就好 過過口感⋯就算其實不如行過隔離cafe街 ，食cake 開心d

想嚟好耐，平時出得嚟深水埗我都食開某間，今日專登過嚟試下。豬油渣麵：淋油渣，有油香，大件而且份量算多，麵質普通。生菜魚肉：值得一試，生菜魚肉都打成一片，見識見識 😛見媒體餃子都係推介，但我怕食唔晒無叫。芝士蛋糕唔覺餐牌有，可能期間限定 🤷♂️氣氛都算唔錯，員工都有禮，沒有hard feeling。

餐廳開放時間11:00-20:00，尋晚8點幾入去last order，店員都表示好歡迎，咁我地就坐低啦。環境闊落乾淨，冷氣充足，坐落都幾舒服。叫咗三溝，豬扒麵同埋醬爆肉麵。好食！醬爆肉麵係必食，湯底濃郁，實在值得一試。價錢唔貴，好抵食。

位於深水埗主打生菜魚肉,碗仔翅🍲椰菜&韭菜煎餃嘅一間小店小店係由家庭式經營,已經經營了40年生菜魚肉人手打成彈牙有鮮魚味,完全唔腥👍🏻👍🏻😋食得出有果皮茸同鯪魚肉,我平時唔食生菜魚肉🐟因為好怕腥又無口感見YouTube有人介紹所以先黎Try Try碗仔翅我都好少食除非酒樓嘅魚翅😂😂因為我唔鍾意出面嘅碗仔翅甘漿我比較鍾意稀身,唔痴唇果種估唔到依度又符合我鍾意果種👅另外依度出名韭菜煎餃,椰菜煎餃菜多肉少,除咗少量嘅肉同埋新鮮蔬菜之外餡料入面仲加咗馬蹄同埋蝦米🦐層次豐富😋😋食落啖啖爽脆鮮甜🥬蔬菜既餡料炒到啱啱好,唔會淋又爽又清甜估唔到依個包餃子比例幾好食👅👅另外有醃製嘅菜脯粒,建議慢慢咁加🌶️🌶️🌶️
