To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我係平日中午時間去食，本來諗住應該好多人，點知去到唔使等位直接就可以入去佢嘅幾個招牌菜，例如：炸牛腩炒飯蝦油炒飯全部望上去都好吸引我叫咗椒鹽豬扒炒飯，飯上面起碼有五舊大塊嘅豬扒。平時都有用筷子食飯嘅習慣，但係佢呢個炒飯係炒得粒粒分明，完全夾唔起，超級乾身，好正👍🏻至於佢個豬扒，出面食椒鹽豬扒，好容易有好大浸用化學野醃過怪味，但係佢呢個冇佢上面配咗好多炒過炸過嘅蒜，同埋一啲乾辣椒，好惹味。份量好大，最尾食唔晒。
