To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日路過灣仔，橫街見到有間冰室6:30pm已經差不多爆滿，所以就入咗去試一試。我同老公叫左一份卡邦尼意粉+鐵板牛柳😊😊講真係冰室可以食到咁好味嘅卡邦尼意粉，真係有啲意外。卡邦尼意粉充滿蛋香🤗🤗、煙肉芝士咸香👍👍，意粉沾滿煙肉油香，加埋芝士同蒜味十分香濃🤩🤩而我冇牛不歡😼，就大膽試左鐵板牛柳，$102蚊set 咁平，未上枱之前真係戰戰兢兢😝🤣但出乎意料之外，肉質軟嫩，醃製得入味的牛肉加上黑椒汁🤡🤡，送上枱時香氣四溢。牛肉熟度控制得剛剛好，口感、味道配搭得非常最好，再搭配蔬菜，健康又美味。性價比極高嘅冰室，我見佢款式好多選擇，下次可以試吓其他唔同款式👍👍👍
