「燒海膽年糕」相當有創意,用日本燒年糕配搭海膽,年糕煙韌,帶陣陣米香,燒時抹上的醬油,令整體有陣焦香,海膽甘甜,同紫菜一如以往的相襯。「海膽高湯啫喱」相當足料,面層有海膽、三文魚籽,中間是高湯啫喱,蝦湯味突出,和最底層的南瓜泥很相配,非常鮮甜,口感也豐富。「A4吉列和牛」和牛油脂均勻,面頭的麵包糠夠薄,只炸至3成熟,外鬆脆,不會整口粉,咬下去很柔軟,肉質粉嫩,肉汁散滿口腔,點上少見的山椒醬汁,甜中帶辣,很推介。
