將軍澳中心,近期翻新後,店鋪變得多元化,餐廳也變得多元化! 從前這角落是很冒險的樂園和大集團的酒樓,現在則變為書局和小型餐廳了!今天打書釘後,在隔離餐飲區晚餐。 看到店門這播放中的J2節目,有人有聲有片,讓人容易了解當中的美食。所以我倆選擇在此晚餐。       十七歲的麵 配豬大腸,柱侯牛筋,鮮牛肉  店門播放的節目有介紹,所以點這個麵。十七歲的麵早已跟醬料調配好,無需再加湯底。其實就是撈麵! 麵條軟硬度,似車仔麵的幼麵,而醬汁微微的辣,少少的鹹,仍嚐到麵條原味。整體較清新,不油膩。反而覺得柱候牛筋和豬腸很入味。      長江後浪煎蠔餅    影片中也有介紹煎蠔餅。不是潮州勁熱氣炸蠔餅,也非台灣軟身又煙韌又杰撻撻的蚵仔煎。反而偏向似母親大人小時候製作的自家蠔餅! 母親大人的煮法:蛋漿,蠔仔,漿粉拌勻,在圓形易潔鑊煎好。易潔鑊的好處,只需使用很少量的油,中小火慢慢煎熟蠔餅,保證唔熱氣,易入口。這個平底鑊呎寸,估計是20CM規格。幸好這個醬汁並非那台灣那個橙色醬汁,感覺還OK。    大茶飯炒河   很正常的炒河,有牛展,金錢肚,芽菜,彩椒,唐芹,洋蔥,花生碎和大量澱粉質。  蒜香韮菜
