大茶饭早上和晚上基本不用排队,对面铺是竞争对手的餐厅,早上和晚上都见有食客排队等入座。大茶饭的早餐,下午茶和晚餐食物都是我期望的味道属于合格。唯一服务态度有待改进,一男一女的服务态度说话是很直接,我第一次光顾看不懂特价餐牌,就直接被女服务员指责。男的负责收银也是个有脾气之人,不要惹怒他。只论食物是ok的和对面铺的竞争对手可以媲美。晚上有加一服务!

花費幾百元點了外賣,收到外賣立即打開發覺少了一份菜,立即打電話給店家,店家態度惡劣,可能也是快下班時間吧,但是,口氣極差,矢口否認漏放並將責任推給車手,說肯定車手偷拿或偷吃了,這樣態度惡劣的店家,實在不建議光顧,只會惹來一肚子氣,沒吃飽而是氣飽,香港餐飲每下愈況,少不了這樣的店家的貢獻——————————————————————————————-

管理差, 態度差,沒服務卻強收加一,4人消費,(2大2小)已order3客正餐,硬要規定每人最低消費, 不論你帶小孩,本身打算叫多一客小食了事,但它收費限制最少2客小食才夠數。 但要求他給水時,就4人給3杯 ,職員可能用行為反諷我, 搞笑,過程中只聽到員工當衆埋怨,甚至拿客戶用來作話題控訴。 今時今日,諸多限制,卻服服勁差,真值得被比下去。

呢間餐廳果個老闆會黑客人面之前已經見過佢同個客因為出餐慢而係度鬧交上次我食完飯比錢想儲The Point積分有少少野無跟到佢指示就係度啤住人,我後面又無人,阻到佢好多時間咩?我就先唔講食物好定唔好本身我對食物既要求唔係好高食得落肚又唔肚痾就已經足夠但係呢個老闆咁樣對d 食客唔怪得之佢對面果間餐廳咁多人排隊而佢果間餐廳有咁多空位都無人願意入去幫襯啦真係唔趕時間都唔會揀呢間野實話實說,抵佢生意唔夠對面好。
