To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今日小弟同女友人黎左大角咀, 之前都係呢頭食過好多唔同既餐廳, 但都係d泰式fusion多. 今次我地經朋友推介黎左呢間日西式fusion料理.. 就睇下佢有幾特別. 呢度環境甚有居酒屋風, 外圍全落地大玻璃好有feel. 野食方面我地叫左里昂沙律，刺身吞拿魚配柚子汁，烤西班牙黑毛豬肋排，魚子醬虎蝦海鮮意粉，烤牛肉墨西同哥夾餅，牛舌串燒同燒牛仔骨。飲品就叫左Ka Sin Street同 Hot Here. 兩杯既Cocktail.. 味道方面個刺身吞拿魚好fresh配埋個柚子汁食真係開胃極了, 個烤西班牙黑毛豬燒得幾好，生熟度剛好食落有炭味好juicy. 個墨西哥夾餅好酸甜香口. 佢既燒物都唔錯d牛舌超厚實同牛仔骨都好入味, 女友食個魚子醬虎蝦海鮮意粉就creamy得黎好足料真係好多魚子醬係面. 兩杯cocktail都好特別，明顯係呢間餐廳自己tune出黎既fusion. 風味， ka sin street最特別，佢有青瓜片係入面好清新,但又夾d苦澀酒味中又帶點檸檬香唔錯.. 食到最後我地叫左個蘋果金寶伴雪糕, 鋪頭職員會即場幫你顏碎個甜筒再撈埋d蘋果批好美感同埋味道都幾夾..
