To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Eaaat here可以話係大角咀一間都幾出名嘅餐廳，除咗俾人感覺型格之外，今次試過後發現嘢食都真係好好食😋。餐廳除咗提供西餐、串燒🍢同西班牙小食外，仲有多款酒精飲品可供選擇🍻🍹，.📍龍蝦汁虎蝦海鮮意粉（$158）Tiger Prawn, Seafood with Lobster Sauce Spaghetti 意粉比平日嘅幼身，口感非常煙韌。醬汁蕃茄味自然🍅，而且可以包裹每條麵條，味道香甜濃郁🍝，絕對唔係茄膏嗰種死酸👍🏻。配料有多款海鮮，包括帶子、海蝦🦐、青口、魷魚圈🦑同蜆。值得一讚帶子半生熟，嫰滑鮮甜好高質。另外仲有有咬口嘅冬菇同蕃茄做配料，味道豐富😍。雖然食唔出龍蝦味，但係只當佢係蕃茄意粉食真係超級出色。.📍免治雞肉棒（$45）Minced Chicken Baton雞串配上原隻蛋黃同濃郁嘅醬汁，味道其實唔錯，唯一喺外層比較硬，如果口感可以軟滑啲應該會更出色。.📍士多啤梨蘋果金寶伴雪糕（$108）Strawberry Apple Crumble with Ice Cream 呢間嘅蘋果金寶淨係睇賣相已經非常突出，原支甜筒放上枱🍦，將佢督爛後再混合蘋果金寶一齊食。除咗有香甜軟林嘅蘋

Minced Chicken Baton雞串配上原隻蛋黃同濃郁嘅醬汁，味道其實唔錯，唯一喺外層比較硬，如果口感可以軟滑啲應該會更出色。

呢間嘅蘋果金寶淨係睇賣相已經非常突出，原支甜筒放上枱🍦，將佢督爛後再混合蘋果金寶一齊食。除咗有香甜軟林嘅蘋果🍎同餅乾碎🍪，佢個base仲做到好似蛋糕仔咁🧁。加上酸酸甜甜嘅士多啤梨🍓同提子乾🍇，再混和雪糕同脆筒，口應豐富，味道討好。
