To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約咗個朋友去大角咀食嘢，其實嗰條街好多餐廳bar，我哋最後選擇咗小林札幌拉麵店。因為我哋太耐無去旅行，太掛住日本嘅味道！一入到去店舖好有親切感，舖頭細細間，坐到五六枱。我哋星期六夜晚6點到。唔使等！我哋嗌咗兩個一人餐：招牌牛油拉麵札幌螃蟹拉麵北海道南瓜炸薯餅自家製餃子兩罐汽水招牌牛油拉麵個湯底好香好滑，豬骨湯麵加埋牛油真係好正！但係叉燒得兩小片就少啲！配料就好足，所以都夠飽！我加咗個細餃子，好大隻啲餡好足料！呢個有驚喜！我朋友點咗札幌螃蟹拉麵，佢就食唔晒啦，份量好足！兩個人食咗$286。呢個份量，價錢算合理。如果路徑呢度，不妨去試試！
