約咗人嚟大角咀交收,順便喺附近簡簡單單食一餐。記得之前有朋友介紹過中匯街有間平民拉麵店,午餐定價非常親民,一於過去試下。店面不大,只有十餘個座位,但環境簡潔明亮。餐廳主打濃厚雞白湯拉麵,另外亦有蕃茄湯烏冬、沙律、關東煮、餃子、雞翼和飲品等供應。點咗兩個午市推介,套餐包胡麻野菜沙律同紙包飲品,沙律菜好新鮮,蕃茄甜美多汁,配埋微酸嘅胡麻醬,清新醒胃。低溫雞肉拉麵 ($55)  湯底可以自選醬油味、鹽味或麻辣味,揀咗鹽味,雞白湯底以雞骨,雞殼及少量豬骨等熬煮而成,入口雞味非常濃郁,濃而不膩,帶淡淡雞油香。雞胸以低溫慢煮方式烹調,上碗前再輕輕火炙過,肉質軟嫩富彈性。配料有紫菜、木耳、芽菜、味付筍、半隻溏心蛋同蔥花。麵條帶小小孿,掛湯力不俗,彈牙有口感,風味極佳!至於另一碗豚肉叉燒拉麵 ($58)  水準亦唔錯, 湯底味道啱啱好,醬油味唔會過鹹,叉燒大大塊,肉質軟腍,易咬不韌。溏心蛋閃令令,蛋黃橙色半凝固,入口蛋味好香濃~
