今日去大角咀富榮花園同友拜年,回程時候有啲肚餓,決定買外賣回家吃,途經果子海南雞飯喇沙摻摻專門店,見餐牌上有海南雞、喇沙和小食,街坊價錢幾抵食,所以就買咗飯、麵和小食試吓!落單後好快就有得拎。無骨海南文昌雞飯:餐牌寫住係用走地雞,少油脂,皮脆肉滑。果然,一打開已聞到香噴噴嘅味道,. 文昌雞皮薄鮮嫩,特別適合製作海南雞,飯可以揀白飯或油飯,我當然揀油飯,油飯是海南雞最佳配搭,雞肉夠爽夠滑;再配上特色油飯及醬汁,一啖嘗盡豐富口感和味道!海鮮喇沙摻摻:湯和材料分開盛載,不用擔心食材浸湯太久不好吃,豐富食材有大蝦、蜆、魚蛋、豆卜、芽菜和蛋,湯底香味濃郁,辣度剛剛好,最特色的是摻摻“兩溝”了油麵和米粉,更有口感。香煎豬頸肉:豬頸肉肥瘦均勻,煎出來香脆有口感。南乳雞翼皮脆肉嫩,味道鹹香惹味!
