近期大角咀人氣日式可麗餅大家又試過未?😝前幾日經過大角咀終於有機會食到👏🏻。佢哋嘅主打日式可麗餅質感都較輕盈。餅皮部分用上日本麵粉,所以食落香滑D。今次我就試左呢兩款口味,「焦糖吉士」同「抹茶紅豆白玉」。兩款味道中間都會加入唔同醬、脆脆、同果仁,比一般只放忌廉,營造出唔同嘅味道同埋口感。「焦糖吉士」有D似焦糖燉蛋,會加入焦糖醬、忌廉芝士同忌廉,係吉士醬上灑上砂糖,再用火槍燒至薄薄焦糖,賣相同味道唔錯,唔會過甜又好味!鐘意抹茶🍵既朋友就要試下「抹茶紅豆白玉」,小店採用香濃抹茶醬,味道突出。配料就有紅豆🫘、煙韌軟糯既白玉同菠蘿乾,味道同抹茶🍵好相襯😌,仲夠哂多料!口渴既可以叫返一樽飲品,今次就揀左菠蘿梳打,入面加左蝶豆花同菠蘿🍍,漸變色好靚,味道清新唔會過甜,天氣熱叫番杯就啱啱,跟餐叫仲可以減$10添👏🏻總體嚟講,可麗餅質感較輕盈,食果時唔會好乾身,感覺唔錯👍🏻!掃街推介,大家有機會都要試下~~
