身為上海人嘅我,上海菜當然係我嘅最愛😋屋企人話大角咀新開咗間「上海維記」,叫我一定要去試下🤭黎到梗係要嗌返幾款店家嘅招牌菜啦😆適逢大閘蟹嘅季節,店家仲推出多款蟹粉菜式,仲有清蒸大閘蟹,已經約咗屋企人下次黎食🦀🦀🦀花雕醉雞重點推介👍🏻半隻花雕醉雞只係$98,勁大隻,皮薄肉嫩晶瑩剔透,皮下仲有透明啫喱膏狀,入口滑嘟嘟並帶有淡淡嘅花雕酒香,酒味濃度剛剛好,隻雞經花雕酒浸過後已經非常入味,一件接一件食唔停口😋黑醋骨有心思而出色嘅黑醋骨,半肥嘅瘦肉排經炸過後再加入黑醋去翻炒,入口一啲都唔會覺得肥膩,再灑上白芝麻更加香口,味道酸酸甜甜,外脆內軟,肉質鬆軟,入口啖啖肉勁足料👍🏻招牌脆鱔店家嘅其中一度招牌菜,與坊間嘅脆鱔與別不同,出邊一般都會裹上炸粉再落油鑊去炸,呢度嘅師傅直接將黃鱔去骨起肉再落油炸,黃鱔炸得夠乾身酥脆香口,每一條都咁粗身,醬汁味道酸甜濃郁,令人越食越開胃小籠包即叫即蒸嘅小籠包入邊充滿湯汁,上枱時熱氣騰騰,先咬開一小個洞吸咗啲湯汁先,湯汁鮮味餡料多,師傅製作小籠包的功架十足👍🏻薑汁湯圓天氣凍凍地,梗係要嗌返碗薑汁湯圓暖暖個身,芝麻湯圓外皮煙煙韌韌,裏面滿滿嘅黑芝麻餡料配上辣辣地嘅薑汁湯
