早幾晚出席朋友媽媽嘅壽宴,由於佢地住火炭,就腳選擇呢間酒樓擺酒。開席前酒樓在房內安排了幾圍雀局,見d uncle auntie 碰!上! 打得好開心,腦筋仲靈活動過我。第一道菜當然係乳豬,皮脆肉嫩,幾好食。第二道菜叫 `鵲巢海中寶', 大家見到個雀巢都好開心、好期待,點知個雀巢有油益味唔食得。 荷蘭豆、 帶子、珊瑚蚌都ok。百花釀蟹鉗,新鮮炸起, 唔係返炸,肉都幾鮮甜、彈牙。原隻鮑魚扣玉掌,味道ok紅燒海黃花膠翅,唔係好多翅, 不過而家要保護鯊魚,唔食咁多翅都好驚嘅。清蒸大海星斑ok瑤柱花膠絲扒翡翠,花膠食左都唔覺煌宴一品脆燒雞ok瑤柱海皇炒飯炒得幾香上湯水餃伊麵~ 一般添壽蟠桃~唔好食!紅豆沙燶嘅!芝麻糊冇芝麻味,完全唔香。差!

瑤柱海皇炒飯炒得幾香

上湯水餃伊麵~ 一般

添壽蟠桃~唔好食!

紅豆沙燶嘅!

芝麻糊冇芝麻味,完全唔香。差!
