To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友叙會揀左這間「大都烤鴨」，餐廳位置有小小難找，在暗角位內。以物其名，當然我地要試試烤鴨，味覺果然不錯皮上一點肥膏也沒有，而且十分噿口，配上熱熱地的包皮 但當包皮凍左就no good, 所以要快食。叉子燒餅 ，是以鴨肉切成細粒炒成 ，再配合燒餅或生菜享用，當時先來生菜加鴨肉，食後感覺新鮮感，由於燒餅等了太久，就向待應追追，她竟然說柯打錯了，因為只能配上燒餅或生菜，最後也有補上燒餅，但她即時收起我們餘下的2片生菜（感覺不夠大方，相信她收起也是掉的😧）
