To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前去過緻素坊飲茶,覺得佢嘅點心同小食都幾好食。今次就同家人去食晚飯。我哋一行8個人,book位時指明要坐房,諗住坐得舒服D,要注意坐房最低消費為$1800。呢到嘅菜式有大酒樓嘅水準同味道,完全唔覺得係素食,口味清淡嘅素食者可能會覺得比較濃味。除咗酸菜魚比較熱門同有特色之外,我覺得呢到嘅炸物都幾好食。K002 緻素坊片皮鴨 ($138)我覺得幾有特色嘅菜式,出面齋舖都有提供素片皮鴨,但大部分都係用麵筋扮片皮鴨,欠缺特色之餘,口感亦唔似。呢到嘅片皮鴨用咗猴頭菇同腐皮 (口感同外觀好似乳豬皮),咬落好脆口。配料有4款,除咗常見嘅青瓜絲、甘荀絲同紅椒絲之外,仲有哈蜜瓜,口感更清新。M002 秘製酸菜魚 ($238)好多人黎都必點呢個菜式。杏鮑菇切薄片代替酸菜魚,配料有酸菜、腐竹、冬粉等,味道酸辣帶有少少麻,份量都幾多,幾飽肚,多D人黎食比較好。Q006 有機薯淮山浸時蔬 ($98)淮山同白菜好爽脆,味道唔錯。R005 胡椒豬肚煲 ($88)胡椒味好濃,配料有酸菜、冬菇、雞脾菇、雲耳、甘荀等。R006 特色咖喱煲 配香椿法式麵包 ($148)咖喱味濃但唔算好辣,薯仔夠淋同入味,我幾鍾意食。法包
