To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

知道有間新韓燒在旺角,搵朋友去試下所以一早訂枱唔洗等位。三個人點三款肉類一款海鮮夠晒有突啦!安格斯肥牛:好大塊,無醃的,而且雪花分佈好勻,肉質冧,好味!羊排:羊扒食得多,但成排羊排咁燒真係未見過;有好多香料係面,成排燒至半熟先剪開,不過都係有少少羊"鬚"味,我個人接受到,只是我的朋友唔like。五花腩:平時食開是薄片但這裡的是一大塊,口感果然不同,厚肉左入口同味道都更甘香,肉味亦更突出和更多汁。帶子:好大隻而且好新鮮,我燒果隻大約7成熟不過唔咁熟仲好味。我食得超飽~不過都係每人二百幾,但我覺得啲食物真係靚囉！
