終於要獻出第一次寫食後評語,因今次試咗間泓景悅宴嘅大閘蟹宴4人餐,連埋糖水有9款菜,同枱4個人食完都俾個like, 派咗我做代表寫食評,好咁我逐一個菜講:1.姬松茸響螺燉雞湯姬松茸爽脆軟滑,湯就鮮甜滋潤,我平時飲湯都食埋湯渣,所以相中咁足料嘅湯渣俾我清埋😁2.荷芹炒臘味正所謂秋風起,食臘味,呢個菜應晒景,荷芹鮮甜脆口,配上腴滑油那潤嘅臘腸同臘肉,真係話咁快就清晒成碟嘢。3.招牌燒鵝皇今次嚟呢間晚飯其中一個原因就為咗佢而嚟,果然冇令大家失望,皮脆肉質嫩滑,入口鵝味出晒嚟,掂!4.蟹粉小龍包夾起已知重料,我鍾意先張個皮篤穿,等d湯流入匙羹,飲咗啖濃郁鮮湯,再食裡面嘅蟹肉,啖啖肉,有圖有真相!5. 8頭鮑魚伴金錢鮑魚雖然不是好大隻但肉身夠厚。炆得軟腍夠入味,冬菇亦都大大件厚身,吸收咗蠔汁嘅精華,所以好快又清咗😋。6. 清蒸大閘蟹終於到主角出塲喇,每人兩隻大閘蟹,部長話每隻足五兩,拿上手都幾重秤,一開殼已聞到濃郁嘅蟹膏味,之後掛住食都唔記得咗相機再食,影爆膏相。7. 清蒸海花班一放上枱,見魚眼凸起同識得揮手,就知夠新鮮喇,蒸到剛剛熟,夠滑有魚味!8. 籠仔蒸臘味糯米飯呢個飯我冇試到,唔係唔好味

姬松茸爽脆軟滑,湯就鮮甜滋潤,我平時飲湯都食埋湯渣,所以相中咁足料嘅湯渣俾我清埋😁
2.荷芹炒臘味
正所謂秋風起,食臘味,呢個菜應晒景,荷芹鮮甜脆口,配上腴滑油那潤嘅臘腸同臘肉,真係話咁快就清晒成碟嘢。
3.招牌燒鵝皇
今次嚟呢間晚飯其中一個原因就為咗佢而嚟,果然冇令大家失望,皮脆肉質嫩滑,入口鵝味出晒嚟,掂!
4.蟹粉小龍包

8. 籠仔蒸臘味糯米飯
呢個飯我冇試到,唔係唔好味,只係大家食完條魚後已好飽肚,冇人再食得落個糯米飯,唯有叫人打包攞走,所以連相都冇影到!
9. 夠薑湯丸
飯後糖水,好夠薑味夠温胃!

下星期又要再同屋企人食多次😋!
