秋風起,又系食大閘蟹既時候啦!之前去過聚聚同親戚食過幾次飯,佢地都好滿意,見佢地有個大閘蟹套餐,就再去食過!大閘蟹套餐 (一至五)$398(六日)$428平日最抵食當然揀平日去啦!每人會有2隻約5兩重既蟹公,清蒸送上。另一隻會用錫紙包住保溫。打開都有幾多金黃色蟹膏,蟹腳位置都多肉,可以配有薑粒既蟹醋食,有驅寒作用。餐廳亦有提供拆蟹工具、膠手套同濕紙巾,幾貼心。荔枝蕃茄伴沙律花枝卷 + 蟹粉小籠包荔枝蕃茄作前菜,蕃茄一咬開好多汁,口入面充斥住香濃既荔枝甜味,沙律花枝卷似春卷,入面有一片花枝。蟹粉小籠包,用一般既豬肉餡料小籠包,外面加上蟹粉。盞鬼濃蝦栗子湯盞鬼即系油炸鬼,浸落湯到仍然有少少脆口,湯入面有帶子粒同栗子碎粒。孜然手抓骨望落去好多辣椒,好似好辣,但實際上食落無咩辣味,反而孜然同炸蒜香味較重。手抓骨系豬仔脾,啖啖肉。濃湯花膠浸菜苗養生花膠配杞子菜苗,濃湯味似系魚湯。薑米蛋白菜粒炒飯炒飯用珍珠米,粒粒分明,散發淡淡薑味。薑茶甜品甜品有薑茶同薑汁糕,食完大閘蟹有薑味甜品,非常合適。薑茶既薑味非常濃,吾甜,反而薑汁糕會有少少甜味,入面仲有啲杞子,幾match。餐牌:
