上週很幸福,又一連幾晚吃蟹,首先是週二晚再訪沙田萬怡酒店 MoMo Café 品嚐新出的大閘蟹自助餐。我沒打錯你也沒看錯,又是大閘蟹任吃啊!來過多次了,但也循例簡介一下,這是日式前菜、壽司及刺身部。前菜有三款,最愛爽脆的小魷魚;壽司約有4-5款,推介美美的三文魚卷,好看也好吃;最後刺身有5款,包括三文魚、墨魚、希靈魚、鯖魚等等。然後對面就是燒烤檔,有專人為大家新鮮燒牛柳、秋刀魚、豬頸肉、菠蘿、青瓜、三色椒,以及香氣撲鼻的大頭蝦!不用說,甜魔媽媽的心水推介就是大頭蝦,還有燒菠蘿。然後轉角這東東很不好拍,但芝味卻萬萬不能錯過:芝士野菌意大利飯是也。頗有口感的野菌意大利飯以巨大芝士盛起,熱力令芝士融化、香氣融入飯內,貪心如我輩再用力挖多幾下,成品芝香爆燈!然後有印度薄脆、兩款印度咖哩(記得那款雜菜咖哩是估不到的好吃),以及印度香飯。再前行是每次來都必吃的即製意粉檔,特別喜歡這裡的 Carbonara,飽極也要吃!當然少不了妹妹愛吃的包包,可惜是好吃的薄餅及漢堡包就只限下午供應。去到中西熱食區,首有牛肩肉、脆薯角、粟米忌廉湯;粟米忌廉湯對大人吸引是沒多少了,但小朋友往往超愛呢。然後有都幾 in

然後有都幾 in 的辣味韓式炸雞、羊腿肉拌法邊豆、洋蔥絲豬柳、芹香珊瑚蚌帶子、螺片炒時蔬、鹽燒和牛炒豆角,以及酸酸甜甜、開胃好吃的菠蘿山楂骨,大部分都幾好吃。

然後,重點來了:清蒸大閘蟹出籠!雖然身量不算大,只約3兩半,而且每次限取一隻,但都幾多膏誘人,始終吃蟹的季節到了。而場內又會奉上薑茶,我也連飲兩大杯呢。

中式燉湯也好喝,常常休息不足的我也飲了一大盅,感覺暖胃舒服。再之後是粉麵檔,選擇非常豐富,不過同檯沒人有食力去挑戰了~

因為前行還有凍海鮮區呢!很推介這裡的熟蝦,肉質鮮甜爽彈,另外青口、長腳蟹、小魷魚、花螺、蜆隻、翡翠螺等,合共七款選擇。同時還有非泰式生蝦刺身,味道特別。

再前行是冷盤沙律區,有各式新鮮沙律配料、凍肉、選擇豐富的芝士區,以及現成的沙律及中式冷盤選擇,甜魔媽媽的推介是芝士(特別是金色包裝的 Camembert,超好吃!!)及爽彈脆口的海蜇絲。

去到甜品部,第一件事去看雪糕,哈!這裡提供 Haagen Dazs 的迷你杯,口味有士多啤梨、朱古力、雲呢拿,是就是簡單,不過正是甜魔家最愛的三款口味。

也有即製班戟,貌似很不錯,不過太飽沒有吃了;改試了另一邊的即製拿破侖,新鮮夾起,忌廉不會令酥皮腍得太快,口味也有三款:原味、芒果味及士多啤梨,但個子挺大人多分享較好,不然一件KO大家!

長長的甜品檯上,打頭陣就是朱古力布朗尼,中間刻意焗得不是太熟,正像流心的心太軟,太美味了,我連吃兩大兜!
 後面的麵包布甸可能也好吃,但珠玉在前,我試都沒試了~

噢不,還有一樣:這個美如花園的,其實是夢幻版的朱古力火鍋,大家可以選擇心水的士多啤梨、哈蜜瓜粒、棉花糖、杏子或手指餅,來點蘸朱古力醬吃!

開餐啦!老公是蟹痴,這晚一來就向大閘蟹進攻!如圖,蟹的個子不是很大,但多膏鮮甜,吃下去很滿足;吃完再來杯薑茶,太舒服了~

同時間,三人合力取了一檯滿滿的豐富頭盤,加上一盅健康燉湯,我也不客氣開動啦!吃 Buffet 我還是習慣先吃水果、然後沙律,再到海鮮,然後飲盅湯暖一暖胃,感覺這樣較易消化,有助中後段增加食力,大家也可以試試~

鮮甜的刺身又加碼上場,每一款質素都不錯;更加豐富震憾的是海鮮選擇,當中最出色是鮮甜的海蝦,讓人吃到停不了口!頭盤吃得太太太豐富啦,之後熱盤每款再吃一點,已經很飽了... 推介要吃辣炸雞、意大利飯、Carbonara,同時,為了健康多吃點菜吧,反正這裡的菜清甜無渣,別錯過啊~
