To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚約了朋友去太湖食大閘蟹,超多膏好好味😍😍,仲出動私伙自己帶咗醋去食。。另外我哋仲叫咗幾款餸,太湖一向都係水準酒樓,當然今次都冇令我地失望另外值得一讚,就係嗰羊架鬆軟得來,入口一啲都冇果種羊so味,非常值得推介,酥炸白飯魚入口鬆脆,另外仲有佢個菜,入口唔會太淋,仲有爽口嘅味道,有少少辣味用來調味,而且唔會太油,食完唔夠分,仲想order多一碟,不過由於我哋食大閘蟹都已經叫咗兩round,已經非常飽,所以已經冇再order, 佢呢間仲要收好夜,等朋友食飯,呢一間就真係非常唔錯啦
