踏入秋天,又到食大閘蟹嘅季節啦😍!原本諗住嚟食雞煲,見到menu有期間限定嘅大閘蟹套餐,正所謂不時不食,即刻轉態食大閘蟹😆火焰醉翁蝦侍應會用玫瑰酒浸住啲蝦5分鐘整暈佢哋先,之後即場係客人面前用大火炒,大蝦肉質緊實彈牙,充滿酒香🤪大閘蟹煮法可以揀清蒸或者鹽焗,用清蒸手法烹調就充分體現到蟹肉嘅新鮮清甜味道,而鹽焗大閘蟹嘅蟹黄口感就更加醇厚,特別係打開蟹蓋嗰下真係蟹香撲鼻,膏肥黃滿🤤火鍋湯底有4款,我地揀咗四川麻辣,麻辣湯嘅花椒、辣椒數量適中,湯頭香辣但唔嗆喉,香麻味道濃厚,唔食得辣嘅可以揀芫荽皮蛋、豬骨濃湯或者蕃茄薯仔💁🏻‍♀️火鍋配料方面,肉類有肥牛黑毛豬卷拼盤,肥牛有嚼勁,牛味夠濃郁,黑毛豬肥瘦適中,口感爽彈,蔬菜籃有生菜、娃娃菜、金菇同粟米,最後仲有糖水食,天氣開始涼,食碗濃薑芝麻湯圓暖下胃就啱晒啦😙
