今天在飲食雜誌上看到上海佬推出大閘蟹套餐,立即同老婆訂位試試。第一道菜是上海老招牌前菜,有海蜇頭,燻蛋,馬蘭頭,醉雞。海蜇頭十分脆口,燻蛋煙燻味香,中間流心,配上黑魚子,賣相一流。醉雞香滑,玫瑰露味香,一次過可嘗試了上海佬的招牌前菜。第二道菜是蟹粉豆腐羹,略嫌湯不夠濃,味道一般。跟著是清炒蟹粉河蝦會芝麻餅,河蝦清甜蟹粉亦多,把芝麻餅填得脹卜卜。再來蟹粉黃金磚,蟹粉份量十足。第四道菜是六兩重大閘蟹一隻,今晚食蟹公,可惜蟹膏不夠甘香,蟹肉亦不夠清甜,有點失望。第五道菜是蟹粉豆苗,蟹粉多得看不到豆苗,味道十分濃郁。最後是蟹粉小籠包,小籠包其實做得不錯,可惜蟹粉有點腥味。這個套餐一共有六款大閘蟹菜式,大部份菜式蟹粉份量亦十足,今晚還點了十年古龍花雕,大滿足。
