十月又到喇,又係食大閘蟹嘅季節,每年呢個時候我都總係會買番幾隻大閘蟹整黎食下,過下個口癮。今日俾公司叫左去上環做野,做完野見到呢間舖頭賣大閘蟹,行埋去見隻隻都好似好好肉地,幾好食咁。心癮即刻就起左喇,跟住就即刻買幾隻番屋企整,享受下咁。一番到屋企緊係即刻煲水。呢間野真係好鬼貼心,賣蟹嘅同時仲有好多野附送,就好似醋呀,紫蘇葉呀,最緊要食完有啲人會飲嘅薑茶嘅材料都幫客人都預備好埋。整理好晒野,水一熱我就將紫蘇葉同蟹入去蒸,講真今次真係第一次落手落腳去整,所以一切都會超級小心。經過20分鐘嘅蒸煮之後,蟹就變左紅卜卜喇,一陣陣香味撲向我。跟住緊係即係開蓋睇下有無膏喇~~~~本來以為雄性會比雌性多膏,點知原來都係一樣咁多。加小小店舖提供嘅甜醋,真係超鮮味呀。跟住啲蟹肉超鮮味,唔會有霉爛嘅感覺,真係令人好驚喜,估唔到係上環都可以揾到啲咁好食嘅大閘蟹,下次都要再買幾隻先
