香港人成日去日本食好西,京阪神當然唔陌生,而當中係大阪既炸串 (串揚)好多朋友應該都有印象而今日聽聞日本人氣串揚連鎖店係尖沙咀開分店,咁近九龍既我地梗係去食下啦一入到去格局已經好似日本居酒屋,有Feel~而串揚醬都有同日本一樣既提示,唔好同一串沾兩次醬XDD 店員仲會每樣串物黎到都介紹返點食,幾好服務架今次我地就試左佢幾樣出名既串揚🔸半熟煮玉子 ($23)好似溫泉蛋,加上炸到金黃色既外皮咁,入面一咬開仲係流心架😍🔹燒牛舌 ($27)日本野點少得佢,牛味好出又爽口彈牙,唔錯👍🏻🔸炸香菇 ($28)唔好以為香菇好普通,可能係用日本香菇既關係,就算炸完都仲有好香既菇味,正丫🔹雞肉紫蘇卷 ($21)紫蘇味好出,包住嫩滑雞肉,加上外表炸脆既外皮好夾架🔸天使蝦 ($39)蝦包住薄薄既炸皮,成隻可以連殼食,幾特別(P.S:而家尖沙咀分店係openrice做緊,晚上9點後入座75折,其他時段85折,絕對值得一試!)🔴Follow Instagram: Foodmarker.hk
