岳川串揚 (銅鑼灣)📍銅鑼灣摩理臣山道8號地舖最近食咗好多不同種類嘅串燒,今次就試吓大阪名物串揚!屬於關西傳統小食,食材沾上粉漿然後油炸,上枱時係一串串,同串燒近似。雖然聽落好似普通炸物,但背後嘅學問都好多,例如食油嘅選取,油溫控制,炸漿嘅調配,同發酵嘅過程都幾考師傅功力!🍡🍱輕食串揚拼盤 (2人前)🍱🍡$468輕食套餐其實都飽肚架,包括左10款串揚,有海鮮、肉類、蔬菜、同菇類,雖然叫做輕食,但都幾豐富!🔅雞軟骨 - 揚 x2外酥內脆嘅雞軟骨,非常爽脆有嚼勁!除咗軟骨部份之外,亦帶有少量雞肉,仍然可以保留到肉汁。

🔅黑豚肉- 揚 x2食材本身選料上乘,黑豚肉帶有鮮甜味道,配上芥末醬更加可以令味道更加豐富!

🔅秘制超Juicy香脆雞翼 - 揚 x2呢款雞翼果然名不虛傳,外面香脆,內裏肉汁非常之多!又大大隻!用咗醬油做調味,鹹鹹地得來又帶微甜!出色!🔅紫蘇魷魚卷-揚 x2特別喜愛紫蘇葉嘅味道,酥炸過嘅魷魚仍然嫩滑彈牙!配搭左紫蘇葉,令到整體味道都非常清新!

🔅香菇-揚 x2菇味香濃,底部被酥炸過,令到口感好有層次,表面軟得來底部香脆,最神奇係即使用左菇類油炸都冇油膩感!

升級左天使蝦,肉質鮮甜爽彈,蝦殼灑上少量海鹽同檸檬汁調味,完全唔需要額外沾醬油。成隻蝦都炸到非常通透,可以連殼食晒!出色!
