To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

30/12那天下午 突然收到社交平台訊息 介紹大除夕晚維港遊連自助餐買一送一 連加一兩位都只是630 反正這晚沒有安排 立即網上購買 晚上6點在北角碼頭登船 安排了6人一桌 因疫情 加了隔板 行人通道不算擠迫 自助晚餐款式雖不算多 基本的沙律 凍海鮮 熱食 即切燒烤 甜品 雪糕 生果全都有 味道ok 補充很快 較差是甜品 做形是漂亮和不太甜 可是入口感覺不夠軟滑 另服務員有禮貌和熱誠 清理餐枱很快 可以隨意登上上層甲板看維港兩岸燈飾和幻彩詠香江 總括來説 以這個收費在大除夕晚吃自助餐還包海上遊 性價比超高呢
