長沙灣是傳統公屋及四小龍私樓集中地,人口多自然食肆需求大,連鎖式餐廳固然門庭若市,特色小店亦有它們吸引之處。今日便試了在內街一間泰式餐廳~Soi Eat Thai Cuisine🥗泰式木瓜沙律$88~木瓜絲甘筍絲的爽、車厘茄的甜、花生的脆、再配上酸辣泰式汁,非常醒胃,簡直是完美配搭。🐔烤芭提雅走地雞$138~顏色烤到金黃色,賣相已十分吸引,雖然是烤焗式煮法,但咬落去時雞肉仍然保留豐富肉汁,肉質嫰口,不愧為招牌菜之一。🥬正宗泰式生菜包$118~用乾葱、蒜頭、香葉炒豬肉碎,豬肉碎保留鮮甜肉汁,伴隨鮮嫩生菜一起吃,好味到分不清究竟肉碎還是生菜才是主角,老闆見我們生菜吃完但仍有肉碎,還友善地問要不要添加生菜,非常貼心。🍲正宗泰式牛頸脊船粉$88~船粉靈魂在於湯底,第一啖先試湯頭,濃而不咸的湯頭衝擊味蕾,濃香甜集一身,金邊粉配這個湯最夾。牛頸脊肉味濃,口感嫩又略帶彈性,平時打邊爐一碟牛頸脊都要百幾蚊,$88足有四至五片牛頸脊,識食梗係揀呢款。✅總結:四道菜都各具特式,味道好,價錢合理👍👍👍👍。
