平時有做gym既我一定會控制食量同蛋白質吸收。而身為窮L既我,每一次做完gym都一定會去大快活食返個雞胸飯。呢一個雞胸飯每次配既汁都唔同,但我通常都會叫少汁。而佢個雞胸非常大舊,而且好厚身。原本都冇咩期望,肯定會乾同鞋身。點知一食落去唔係,雞胸應該用蒸同水煮方法慢煮。雞胸入面既肉汁勁多,軟身。最最最緊要既係雞胸有好多好多蛋白質,而呢個雞胸cp值真係好高。總括黎講,有做開gym既朋友一定要去食,平靚正。
