To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

埋年尾又特別多社團聚會,是日話事人在這裡擺廿圍,包廳。其實這裡外表雖然不錯,但擺起酒上來,其實不是太適合,因為舖面窄長,兩邊的人客都幾難睇到對方,主人家在中間,當然兩邊睇晒,但玩起遊戲抽起獎上來,氣氛就一般了。酒席的水準不錯,始終大集團出品,質數是穩定的~~當然圍酒價錢不能太便宜,平貨會有幾好?乳豬不熱,已是大忌,皮脆但肥膏太厚,是乳豬本身的水準一般;炸蟹鉗非常大隻,但又是「單指」的,可能現今人客也不懂什麼才是真炸蟹鉗,所以食肆也懶得花功夫去做了;蜜餞雲腿併蝦球很不錯,蝦球大隻又爽口,鹹香的雲腿跟甜甜的外皮配合得很好,是很滿意的一味;大排翅真的是一梳梳的,排場十足,可惜湯底沒甚味道,當然也是杰如漿糊似的,睇見都怕;鵝掌夠腍,鮮鮑魚扣得很入味,當然比鮑片高級幾倍。酒席份量夠,去到青斑及雞,已經沒有幾人能動手,而水準是可以的。侍應雞手鴨腳,幾難相信是正規軍。據聞這圍酒是七千幾包酒水,也是落本的。咁在大集團擺酒,一定程度上有點保證,當然揀過第二個場就會氣氛好一點。
