🇭🇰 幸·匠燒 𝕊ℍ𝕀𝔸𝕎𝔸𝕊𝔼 @ 𝕋𝕤𝕚𝕞 𝕊𝕙𝕒 𝕋𝕤𝕦𝕚Weekend成日滿座嘅呢間串燒店,終於比我試到啦❕被呢度嘅草莓野菜卷吸引到,但偏偏就係因為佢而失望🥲而且定價比較高,質素麻麻,超級唔抵食…唔通集團式都冇好嘢?🔸海膽天婦羅 𝐒𝐞𝐚 𝐔𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧 $𝟏𝟒𝟖幾款天婦羅中,最後都係揀咗海膽天婦羅,想睇吓佢點樣將海膽炸成天婦羅之餘,又唔會散哂🧐天婦羅炸得幾靚,上菜亦都好搶眼。配搭埋冬菇及番薯🍠天婦羅,份量都幾足夠❕不過一咬落去就好失望😭海膽天婦羅應該係用咗紫蘇葉🌱包住左海膽,而令到海膽係炸嘅過程中唔會散晒。不過紫蘇葉嘅味道完全搶晒海膽嘅鮮味,根本就食唔到海膽味😓🔸 雞泡魚干 𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐬𝐡 $𝟕𝟖 較乾身嘅雞泡魚乾,有點失望🥲乾爭爭又崩咗半條,咬落去欠水準,冇咗雞泡魚干個種juicy口感。👎🏻草莓野菜卷 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐤 $𝟓𝟖 失望嘅一款串燒👎🏻非日本草莓旺季,但草莓都幾甜🍓睇其他食評,圍住草莓嘅豚肉片都幾厚,有啲更係兩至三層。但當日上菜,草莓只係圍住薄薄一層嘅豚肉片🥲仲要就斷就斷咁…(可能係自費嘅分別?)味道唔錯,一鹹一甜幾特別

幾款天婦羅中,最後都係揀咗海膽天婦羅,想睇吓佢點樣將海膽炸成天婦羅之餘,又唔會散哂🧐天婦羅炸得幾靚,上菜亦都好搶眼。配搭埋冬菇及番薯🍠天婦羅,份量都幾足夠❕

失望嘅一款串燒👎🏻非日本草莓旺季,但草莓都幾甜🍓睇其他食評,圍住草莓嘅豚肉片都幾厚,有啲更係兩至三層。但當日上菜,草莓只係圍住薄薄一層嘅豚肉片🥲仲要就斷就斷咁…(可能係自費嘅分別?)味道唔錯,一鹹一甜幾特別,仲跟埋碟煉奶,邪惡感激增🆙建議留返最尾先食💁🏻♀️

呢款野菜卷又係失望至極。薄薄一片豚肉卷住一束芫茜,芫茜因為燒過,頭尾有啲燶,咬落有點脆,不過苦😔中和唔到豚肉片嘅油膩👎🏻👎🏻定價又係略高
